First, wash dried radish greens by shaking them until no soil comes out.

Now put dried radish greens on the wok and put the saury on top.

Mix well the saury canned soup, 1 spoonful of soybean paste, 1 spoonful of red pepper paste, 3 spoonfuls of dark soy sauce, 1 spoonful of ground garlic, 1/2 spoonful of green onion, 2 spoonfuls of red pepper powder, 1/3 spoonful of sugar, a little ginger, a little Cheongyang red pepper, 2 spoonfuls of sesame oil.

Please pour it over the saury.

Fill the saury can with water and pour into the remaining seasoning and mix together.

When it starts to boil over high heat, reduce to medium heat and cook gently.
The broadcast says it's 15 minutes, but the dried radish greens can be strong, so it's better to reduce the heat and boil it down.

Pour the soup in between so that the seasoning can permeate well.

The broadcast and the fire are different from the house, so you have to control the fire well.
The dried radish leaves can be tough, so you can eat them much softer if you peel off the fiber and cook them.
