Fresh cream sweet potato salad
Sweet potatoes in season.. It's ripened these days and it's very sweet!! A lot of whipped cream that kids like! I think it's good to make fresh cream sweet potato salad as a weekend brunch or as a snack for children.

Cooking Steps

Prepare a can of whipped cream, dry cranberry (about one fist), and boiled sweet potatoes as ingredients for sweet potato salad, which are good to make when you have leftover sweet potatoes.
* You can add dried fruits or raisins instead of dried cranberries.

Boil sweet potatoes in a pot and poke them with chopsticks, and they're all cooked.
