When the crepe cools, add a large spoonful of ice cream. You can add nuts if you like, or you can add whipped cream instead of ice cream.

Cut the crepes with filling ingredients from 3 o'clock, 6 o'clock, 9 o'clock, and 12 o'clock in moderation and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
