A mother who gave birth to two children and lived a hectic life for 28 years. One of my mom's favorite things these days is watching a movie at a movie theater. In my opinion to eat popcorn and butter squid, my mother on a diet was burdened to eat butter-coated squid. So I developed this low-calorie snack.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2/3
Place shredded enoki mushrooms on a heated frying pan.
STEP 3/3
Sprinkle egg water on top of top mushrooms
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
-When the eggs are cooked on the bottom, flip it over so that the eggs on the top can be cooked.
It's delicious if you put ketchup on a plate!
It tastes better if you change ketchup and mayonnaise sauce.
