STEP 1/11
Prepare washed sweet potatoes, kelp pieces, and water.
* Measuring cup (200 cc)

Soak the sweet potatoes in water for about 30 minutes.

It's a washed sweet potato, but wash it 2-3 times cleanly.

Put the washed sweet potatoes in a pot and pour the water until 2/3 of the sweet potatoes are soaked.
* A deep pot is good, but it can be more convenient if you use a hot pot.

Wash the kelp pieces slightly or squeeze them with gauze and put them in a pot.

Add kelp and boil over medium heat.

Cover it and boil it over medium heat for about 10 minutes, and the sweet potatoes will cook to a certain extent. Adjust the heat to low.
