Making chewy potato sujebi simple
These days, when the weather gets so cold, I think of warm food a lot I always thought about what to eat, and I made a chewy sujebi that I can make and eat simply eat! It's good to make and eat sujebi while buying it at the store, but I think the sujebi that you knead at home is more chewy It's delicious. Sujebi that gets more chewy as it ages and you can control the thickness, I made a chewy potato sujebi with a lot of potatoes in my house.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add 1 cup of flour + a little salt + cold water, knead the dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and store it in the refrigerator.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 0.5cm thick fan shapes with zucchini and onion.
Cut the green onions into small pieces.
STEP 3/7
Add 20 anchovies for soup + 2 kelp + 7 cups of water and boil the anchovy kelp stock.
When the water starts to boil over high heat, remove the kelp and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Then, strain the anchovies to make a clean soup.

Put the potatoes in the boiling kelp stock and start boiling over high heat.

When it starts to boil, turn down to low heat and scoop in the pre-made dough.
STEP 6/7
When the dough starts to boil, add the onion and zucchini

Add 0.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoons of minced garlic, a little salt, and green onion and boil for 3 more minutes to finish.
It's good to ripen the dough for a long time. The more you ripen it, the more sticky it becomes.
