Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Fry the product karaage in 170 degrees oil for 3 to 4 minutes.
STEP 2/5
Add soy sauce, sugar, water, and vinegar 1:1:1:1 by hand, and add one pepper of peperoncino or Vietnamese pepper, then microwave for 1 minute until the sugar dissolves.

Rinse the lettuce in bite-sized pieces, drain it, place it in a bowl and top with fried karaage.

Pour the sauce evenly.

Sprinkle almond slices on top if you like!
It's a product that doesn't need lettuce and just goes out with the sauce. Also, I think it is a good product to be served with the cheese sauce and chili sauce in Garage and CGV in addition to the soy sauce made. It's also easy to eat.
