STEP 1/8
Put pork belly, cheongju, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag and season
You don't have to season it
STEP 2/8
Wash the salad vegetables and remove the water
STEP 3/8
Boil spaghetti in boiling water (1/2T salt, 1T olive oil) for 8 minutes
STEP 4/8
While spaghetti is boiling, grill pork belly in a heated pan and cut it into bite-size pieces
If you season it, the seasoning might get dehydrated, so it's good to grill it over medium heat
STEP 5/8
Stir-fry sliced onions in olive oil
STEP 6/8
When the onion is a little bit blended, add 6T of the prepared seasoning and pasta boiled noodles and stir-fry together
STEP 7/8
Add spaghetti right away and stir-fry briefly until the seasoning is cut
STEP 8/8
Put spaghetti in a pasta bowl and put pork belly and salad vegetables
