This is a recipe that I often made while working part-time at CGV Suwon. I always wanted to buy ice cream, buy churros, sprinkle chocolate syrup on top, and eat it, so this great opportunity came and I tried 10,000 recipes. It's not a menu sold separately at CGV, but I made it myself. It's a combination of churros and ice cream, so I named this dish Churros Cream. It's easy to make for men and women of all ages, and most of all, it's delicious. I think it is a good food not only because it is fuller than the existing soft ice cream, red bean ice cream, and popcorn ice cream, but also because it is easy to eat and simple snacks. With churros on top of the existing ice cream and sweet chocolate syrup, a more luxurious food was created :)
