Originally, more cooking oil was used to stir-fry it completely, and then the oil was filtered out, but I think it's better to stir-fry it over medium heat for a long time without the hassle of filtering out the oil. Then, add starch syrup, mix quickly, add sesame oil, and turn off the heat. If you mix it evenly in the remaining heat, that's it. If you add starch syrup and stir-fry it on the fire for a long time, it'll get hard, so you have to mix it quickly. If you add sesame oil, it catches the fishy taste, improves the scent, and adds gloss The anchovy itself has a salty taste, so I didn't use soy sauce separately.
