Ingredients
  • Pork tenderloin
    100g
  • Beat
    2T
  • boiled sweet potatoes
    1ea
  • Raspberry Wine
    3T
  • plum extract
    1T
  • Soy sauce
    1/2T
  • ginger juice
    1/2t
Cooking Steps

Beat is ground in a blender, put water in it, and cook rice

Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper and spread it thinly
Add steamed sweet potatoes and roll them
I put beet rice in another tenderloin.
Wrapped well in foil and baked in a preheated 180C oven for 20 minutes.
I turned it upside down and baked it.
If we don't have an oven, we can use a steamer

Prepare raspberry juice, plum juice, soy sauce, and ginger juice by boiling.
Adjust the concentration with starch

Remove the foil from the grilled pork tenderloin and cool it down
Cut it into bite-size pieces.
Put it on a plate and sprinkle the sauce
