Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
I'm going to make tandoori sauce
Add 1T of curry powder, 1T of red pepper powder, 0.5T of minced garlic, and 2T of plain yogurt and mix
STEP 2/15
Mix well so that the powder doesn't clump together
STEP 3/15
Cut the furanx sausage into the shape you want. I cut the sausage in half because it's big.

Mix the sausage with the tandoori sauce and marinate it for 10 to 20 minutes.

Cut the onion into cubes

Rip the mushrooms with your hands

Cut the pumpkin cubes, too

Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them thinly
