Fried cucumber butter super simple delicacy side dish

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Slice cucumber thinly and soak it in cold water for about 10 minutes to remove the saltyness. Squeeze out the water to prepare it, and chop the cheongyang peppers.
STEP 2/4
Stir-fry butter in a pan heated over medium heat and cucumber. Stir-fry quickly over high heat and add 1/2 tbsp sugar.
STEP 3/4
When it's cooked crispy, turn off the heat and mix it evenly with Cheongyang red pepper and sesame seeds.
STEP 4/4
It's crispy and has a deep buttery scent, and it's a delicious side dish, stir-fried cucumber butter. I was wondering how I could eat all the leftover cucumbers, but when I stir-fry them like this, they disappear like crab eyes are hidden
You can add red pepper powder and season it with spicy and refreshing taste, but it tastes pretty good even if you stir-fry it with a lot of Cheongyang chili pepper as a delicacy. I think it'd be good to fry it in perilla oil. But it doesn't smell greasy and it's good.
