Pork belly steak...Western style that adds flavor to wine sauce~
Handon New Menu Recipe Contest I made one of the two lumps of Tongo Pork Belly (@6860371) and the other one made Tongo Pork Belly Steak. The two dishes are the same until they are boiled in soy sauce. I added red wine scent based on the sweetened soy sauce and put the side menu on it to make it like western food.

Cooking Steps

In a heated pan, grill the whole pork belly from the skin. Grill the four sides until golden. The oil splatters... Put the lid on and bake.

For the brewed soy sauce in the sauce soy sauce, only 85% of it is put in a paper cup.

Add all the sauce ingredients and boil over medium heat.

Add the grilled pork belly. Turn it upside down so that the four sides are cooked evenly. After 35 minutes, poke it with chopsticks. It needs to go in so that it's fully cooked.

Strain the ingredients of the soy sauce through a sieve.

Strain the grease and float more neatly.
I used coffee filter paper. If you don't have it, use cotton cloth.

Put 1 cup of red wine, 1 leaf of Wolgye-su, and half a cup of soy sauce in a saucepan
Let's boil it down.

When it's half boiled down, add 1 ton of honey. If the sauce becomes sticky and thick...

Add 1t of whole garlic to make sliced mushrooms and soy sauce and boil it down.

Water comes out of the mushrooms and the sauce becomes thinner. He keeps boiling it down.
Step11 When the source concentration of the process returns...Add 1t of butter and black pepper.

After cooling down the dried seaweed, cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.

Put it in one dish.

Place warm mushrooms & wine sauce on top.
