Grilling tangerines to prevent colds
When my throat stings or I feel like I'm about to catch a cold, I grill tangerines and eat them. Tangerines are rich in vitamin C, which helps prevent colds in winter, and not only citric acid, but also amino acid inorganic sugars and organic acids.. In particular, citric acid is said to be good for food promotion. Shall we grill and eat tangerines that are sweet and sour like Jeju locals in Jeju Island?
