Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare each material.
STEP 2/5
Place milk and whipped cream in a pot and simmer until bubbling. Put vanilla bean seeds and peel in a pot and strain it out after 5 minutes. Add a little bit to mascarpone cheese and mix thoroughly with a whisk.
STEP 3/5
Put the egg yolk in a bowl and mix it evenly so that it does not lump in one direction and does not foam, while adding sugar with a whisk. Add 1/3 of the amount to 2 and mix evenly, add the remaining 2/3 and mix evenly and strain through a sieve.
STEP 4/5
Put 3 in an oven container for about 9 parts. Pour hot water into the oven pan, place it on a kitchen towel, bake it for 35 minutes, and cool it completely. (If the contents shake slightly when shaking the container, take it out of the oven.)
STEP 5/5
Sprinkle white snow Sweetri Allulose on top of 4, melt the sugar using a torch to make a film, and add a little white snow Sweetri Allulose again to give it a brown caramel color.
