Kid's radish kimchi: Not spicy children's kimchi
I have two nephews, 15 months old and 4 years old. (Niece fan lol) I moved to Busan at the end of last year because of my brother-in-law's job transfer It comes up sometimes, but it came up this time!! I made a kid's kimchi for him Let me show you how to make non-spicy baby radish kimchi.

  • Sugar

  • a thick salt

  • Garlic

  • instant rice

  • Water
    200ml
  • Fish sauce with sand lance extract

  • Red pepper powder
    0.5TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Cut the radish of children's kimchi into small pieces that are good for children to eat.

Add a tablespoon of sugar
STEP 5/11
Mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes.

While the radish is pickled, make the baby kkakdugi sauce.
I'll put in a paprika.

Add 2 tablespoons of rice and 200ml of water and grind them finely in a blender.

After about 30 minutes of marinating! There's a lot of water out!
Please throw away that water, and you don't have to wash the radish! Just throw away the water and use it right away.

Don't put all the sauce in at once
Add little by little to make a taste that suits your taste.
Put the finely ground sauce in the blender.

Add half a tablespoon of red pepper powder, please.

Mix it well and the children's kimchi is complete! Cook it at room temperature for a day and refrigerate it.
Children's Kimchi is much easier to make than adult Kimchi! It takes less hands and less time. I chose red for paprika's kimchi color, but it doesn't matter if you put another color!
