Sliced pork, seasoned with salt and pepper, and stir-fry in perilla oil.

Add 600ml of water to 1 and boil the broth. (If impurities appear on the way, remove them.).

Sliced the beets and potatoes, marinated slightly in salt, and sliced cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and red pepper.

Grease a frying pan with olive oil, stir-fry beet and potato for about 20 seconds, and stir-fry cabbage and cherry tomatoes equally.

When 2 boils, add noodles and soup and cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Add 4 stir-fried ingredients to 5 and simmer for 1 more minute, then add chili pepper at the end.

Put it in a bowl and mix the sauce mixed with mayonnaise and lemon juice to suit your taste.
If you want to use vegetables as the base, cook the meat in the broth that boiled the vegetables first.
