While the rice was warm, I sprinkled vinegar and mixed it with a spatula~~

I cut the pickled radish, cut the head of the leaf mustard kimchi, and boiled the shrimp~~~
I cut the tofu into pieces to match the size of pickled radish~~~
I didn't have gimbap seaweed, so I cut 2/3 of the regular seaweed and prepared 2 sheets~~

You have to wash the plastic wrap on the seaweed feet to flip the rice over~~
I spread the brown rice evenly on the seaweed~~~
And then flip it over~~

Put steamed shrimp on top, pickled radish and braised tofu
Put mustard kimchi on top and roll it~~~

Even if there are no ingredients in it, don't they look prettier and better than they look~~

It has mustard kimchi and pickled radish, so it's crunchy
It's a California roll with shrimp in it
If I don't have ingredients at home, it's not a regular dish, but it's delicious~~~

I think it tastes better with mixed vinegar~~~
