Chinese cabbage soup

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash and cut the cabbage clean, pour 1 liter of water into 0.5 liters of rice-floated water, and boil it with anchovies of the soup.
STEP 2/4
When the boiled broth reaches about 1 liter, take out anchovies and cut them with cabbage, makjang shiitake mushroom powder, kelp powder, and tuna liquid.
STEP 3/4
I'm going to chop up the green onions, too.Season with homemade soy sauce.
STEP 4/4
Boil the cabbage until it is transparent.
You can cut the cabbage into small pieces.If you don't have makjang, you can add doenjang. Each house has a different taste and seasoning, so taste it before adding soy sauce.
