Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Yogurt is prepared with sugar-free yogurt that is not sweet.
STEP 2/3
Put 2 to 3 pieces of pineapple (or seasonal fruit), a spoon of honey, a little salt, and 5 to 7 pieces of ice in a blender and grind it.
If you don't put fruits in the blender, you can make various kinds of Ra seeds, such as Banana Ra seeds and Peach Ra seeds, depending on the type of fruit.
STEP 3/3
Grind the ice finely with a blender until it is finely ground and has moderate foam.
You can enjoy various flavors by adding seasonal fruits or fruits that you like, or you can make it into La Ci with only ice, honey, and salt without fruits.
