Enjoy crunchy eggplants
There are so many branches in my garden. If you live close by, you can come and harvest it.Lol hello. I only plant 5 eggplant seedlings in my garden every year. I'm not lying. There are so many branches~~ I went there briefly during the day and harvested a few. I often make seasoned eggplants with a lot of anthocyanin, but the kids don't eat them Instead,/ if you fry eggplants crispy, they eat them like pancakes, sometimes with chives,/ but today, eggplants are the main characters, so I tried to taste them.

  • pan frying powder

  • Soy sauce
  • Water
  • Red pepper powder
  • Vinegar
Cooking Steps

The branches came off really smoothly. Wash it and cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/3
Combine flour/one egg/ice/water.
STEP 3/3
Place in greased pan and bake crispy. I made soy sauce/vinegar/red pepper powder/sweet and sour.
