STEP 1/15
My throat soaked 100g of mushrooms in water.
I only used 1/2 because it was soaked in (25g dry).

I soaked 200g of flat glass noodles in water.
Soak in lukewarm water only while the water is boiling,
I boiled the noodles that I soaked.

I put the noodles in a basket that I boiled for 10 minutes and washed them in cold water.
I prepared 100g of carrots and 1/2 onions (170g) and 200g of bok choy

I prepared 120g of beef and fried it in a pan.

Seasoning is 2 spoons of cooking oil, 3 spoons of dark soy sauce, 4 spoons of sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds

After pouring cooking oil, I stir-fried beef first.
And I put the prepared vegetables and mushrooms and fried them.

I added all the seasoning I prepared.
I wanted to eat it sweetly, so I added a bit more sugar. Keep that in mind.
I stir-fried it for about five minutes. The stir-fried ones are pushed aside.

Now, stir-fry the soy sauce in the boiled flat glass noodles..

At the same time, I fried it in a wide frying pan.
