Stir-fried kelp with chewy texture
It's good to stir-fry seaweed stems, but it's good to stir-fry kelp, If you put canned tuna and stir-fry it together, even a child who doesn't like seaweed eats it deliciously.

  • canned tuna

  • Soy sauce

  • Oligosaccharide

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Stir-fry minced garlic in an oiled pan until golden brown
STEP 2/6
When I felt the smell of garlic, I added kelp and 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir-fried them together.
STEP 3/6
When sugar melts, add canned tuna without oil
STEP 4/6
I stir-fried it with 3 to 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide.
STEP 5/6
Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, stir-fry it to mix evenly, and remove from heat.
STEP 6/6
At the end, I sprinkled sesame seeds and put them on a plate.
