Oyster sauce salmon tofu bowl
Using salmon flesh and tofu in salmon cans, make sauce with oyster sauce, and make a Chinese style dish!!

  • Tofu
  • canned salmon
    1/2can
  • leek
  • crushed garlic

Cooking Steps

Cut tofu into cubes and scoop out tofu in a circle with a spoon
Sprinkle salt here, and when the water is gone, press it with a kitchen towel to wipe off the moisture
Sprinkle starch powder on the tofu and coat it evenly

Put the salmon in a strainer and remove the fat
Add minced garlic, chopped green onions, sesame oil, and pepper and mix them well

Put the salmon into the tofu and press it down
Put frying powder on tofu and salmon

Pour enough oil into the pot and fry salmon tofu when the temperature rises
Then, fry it with a spoon
Remove the oil from the fried salmon tofu bowl and put it in a bowl

Sauce (1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon water, 1 tablespoon mirin, a little sesame oil, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, an appropriate amount of water starch)
Mix all the sauce ingredients evenly in a bowl, pour water into a frying pan, and when it boils, pour the sauce and stir well to make the sauce
Pour the sauce over the salmon tofu bowl and sprinkle sesame salt
