Making jajangmyeon and rice
The Chinese delivery jajangmyeon is not delicious in my neighborhood, so I made it at home.^^ I don't have noodles, so I'll have jajang rice^^

Ingredients
  • black bean paste
  • Pork
  • onion
  • Potato
  • Carrot
  • Cabbage
  • Sugar
  • Cooking oil
  • crushed garlic
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
In an unscented cooking oil cup
Stir-fried black soybean paste
STEP 2/10
If it gets lumpy with soft tofu
sift out the oil
STEP 3/10
Stir-fry minced garlic with oil
STEP 4/10

Gan jajangmyeon that I'm going to eat like this!
Pour two cups of water and boil it

Clear starch water (starch: water 1:1)
STEP 10/10
