  • Red pepper powder

  • crushed garlic

  • Fish sauce with sand lance extract

  • Flower salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the radishes clean. I peeled it off thinly with a filler.
STEP 2/6
Cut the radish into cubes.
STEP 3/6
Mix 1T of sugar in the cut radish, add 1T of salt, and marinate again. Turn it over a few times in the middle.
STEP 4/6
Water forms after about 2 hours. Just throw away the water.
STEP 5/6
Mix the pickled radish with chili powder, minced garlic, and fish sauce. If you don't have enough seasoning, use flower salt.
STEP 6/6
Store it at room temperature for 1 to 2 days and refrigerate it to eat.
