Cooking Steps

To make sweet vinegar water, add vinegar 3: sugar 1.5: salt 0.5: water/kelp stock 2 and a little bit of lemon juice, boil it, and cool it before using it.

It's too high. So I cut off the seaweed and gave it to him. Chef Jung Ho-young cut the seaweed into the size of a rice and made maki. I think it would look prettier if you cut the seaweed in half the size of your palm and roll it. If you put the fish roe on top, the fish roe sushi is complete.
