Fried hot icefish
It's a young icefish that I enjoy eating with alcohol. It's good to just grill it and eat it, and it's good to make braised fish, I made fried young smelt that my child also enjoys with his bones.

I think it'll taste the best if you fry it with a small smelt. The heat icefish I used is about 15cm, so it needs to be fried twice, and when I tasted it, the head was a little bitter. But I still enjoyed the food.
