When I went to the mart, there was chicken feet as a frozen food. It was originally grilled chicken feet, but I'm going to use this to make chicken feet with soup that's popular as a side dish these days. Let's make super simple soup chicken feet using the soups in the chicken feet for roasting with broth.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Cut the cabbage and prepare it.

It's frozen chicken feet, but it's grilled, so we're going to defrost it naturally in the refrigerator and boil it.

Add the soups in the frozen chicken feet to the sauce-tuha cabbage. There are two kinds of soup. Powder and liquid soup!!! I put everything in.

Add onions, chopped garlic, and green onions.

Boil chicken feet in hot water. It takes about five minutes to boil. I think it's easier and simpler to cook because it's not chicken feet with bones.

Add whole pepper and bay leaf and catch the smell. Add rice wine and boil it. Then it doesn't smell bad.

I'm going to put the soup in the chicken feet again anyway, so boil it for about 10 minutes and wash it in cold water. I want my flesh to be firm.

We need to make chicken feet with soup now. Chicken feet are boiled and ingredients are ready. For the broth, I poured the broth made with natural seasoning. If you don't have it, you can just put in plain water.

Wait until it starts to boil. Chicken feet are all cooked, so if you put it in from the beginning, the texture disappears, so please put it in at the end.

Add chicken feet. And mix well to allow the seasoning to permeate. I didn't add pepper. I put in whole pepper while boiling chicken feet, and I didn't throw them away and put it in together.

Add red pepper powder. Chicken feet with soup is something you eat because it's spicy in your mouth is spicy. I added sun red pepper powder.
