Cooking Steps

Prepare raw shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, sweet vinegar water, cooked rice, and bulgogi sauce (soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and pepper powder) as ingredients for shiitake mushroom sushi.
