how to boil raw peanuts/eat raw peanuts/storage of raw peanuts
I went to my in-laws' house and my mother gave me raw peanuts. It's my first time to eat raw peanuts^^;;; Sos to my mom. Usually, it can be wrapped in newspaper in a cool place and stored for about two weeks, but it doesn't taste good when the moisture is gone.. I thought it would be good to fry or boil and store it, so I decided to boil it because I thought it would be good for my health to reduce calories.

불량엄마소자매마미
Ingredients
  • Peanut
  • a sun-dried salt
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, you have to remove the soil cleanly, so you have to wash it in cold water several times.
STEP 2/6
I'll forget, but I'm going to boil it and store it, so I washed it with baking soda.
STEP 3/6
After washing it five to six times, the dirt has drained to some extent.
STEP 4/6
Boil it in a pot with a fist of bay salt. I didn't have a lid, so I covered the right size frying pan [Laughing
STEP 5/6
I boiled it for about 40 minutes. Turn off the heat and do not open the lid for about 10 minutes!
STEP 6/6
Put it in a basket and cool it down! Don't rinse with cold water!!!!
