From the skin..Bake four sides until golden. Close the lid.

When the sauce is a little, add the grilled pork belly.
STEP 4/11

Remove the meat, cool it down a little, and cut it into 2mm to 3mm thick pieces.
STEP 6/11
I recommend pork belly, not pork belly, which is slightly greasy and has a balanced cross-section and has proper fat.

Chop the shapeless chaduri and use it for fried rice and tortilla dishes.

Throw away the ingredients in the soy sauce and boil the liquid in a pot. Add 1T of oligosaccharide. (Maximum low heat) Oligosaccharide disappears after boiling for a long time.
STEP 9/11
Just before eating, put the sliced char siu meat in the sauce and heat it slightly. The temperature of the meat is warm.. The char siu color is brown.. If you boil it for a long time, the char siu shrinks and the salty taste becomes stronger. (Heat it for 25 seconds.)
STEP 10/11
Place a bowl of rice in a large bowl while heating char siu.
STEP 11/11
Put char siu on the rice. Dab the sesame seeds
For adults, you can cut green onions into small pieces and garnish them. You can shred the white green onions for a long time, soak them in water, shake off the water, and put them on top. If you want to make the brown tone of char siu properly, when you cook the soy sauce... Add 1T of instant coffee.
