Stir-fried small pine mushrooms...Italian style? Orienne style?
The second ingredient in stir-fried squid & pork belly left a lot of small pine mushrooms, so I made stir-fried them. Is it a baby bird mushroom? Is it a little pine mushroom? Is it a mini pine mushroom? How should I name it? Why? Is it Italian? It's not the Italian version... I used spaghetti seasoning mix. There's a bit of soy sauce in it, so it's kind of oriental fusion stir-
