Stir-fried small pine mushrooms...Italian style? Orienne style?
The second ingredient in stir-fried squid & pork belly left a lot of small pine mushrooms, so I made stir-fried them. Is it a baby bird mushroom? Is it a little pine mushroom? Is it a mini pine mushroom? How should I name it? Why? Is it Italian? It's not the Italian version... I used spaghetti seasoning mix. There's a bit of soy sauce in it, so it's kind of oriental fusion stir-

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
The larger one of the baby mushrooms is cut in half. Please adjust the thickness roughly.
STEP 2/10
Chop the garlic into particles. Remove seeds from red peppers and cut them into small squares with scissors.
STEP 3/10
Soak onions in cold water for 15 minutes. (Arin flavor X sweet taste UP)
STEP 4/10
Prepare a half ladle of all-purpose broth. (And anchovy broth, beef bone soup, and rice water)
STEP 5/10
Put 1t of oil on a heated pan and stir-fry garlic, red pepper, and onion first.
STEP 6/10
When the onions become transparent... Add 1t more mushroom and oil.
STEP 7/10
Mix 1t of seasoning mix, 1t of flavored soy sauce, and salt.
STEP 8/10
Stir well with chopsticks.
STEP 9/10
When the mushrooms are a little out of breath, pour the broth and boil it down. Sprinkle black pepper and turn off the heat.
STEP 10/10
Put it on a plate and dab the sesame seeds. The mini saesongi mushroom stir-fry color is very delicious.
