STEP 1/6
First, I make honey cream. Add the amount of honey to the cold whipped cream and add the foam to the top until firm. Add the drained can of grapes to this and mix well.
STEP 2/6
Make sheets by public law. Beat in eggs, add sugar and dissolve sugar completely in medium heat. Start whipping when the egg water is warm. If it lasts for about 3 seconds when you draw a ribbon with a foamy dough, use the first layer to clean up the foam.
STEP 3/6
Sift together the flour and cornstarch and mix well so that no powder is visible in a large motion. Mix heated milk with vanilla extract and mix well, adding little by little to the dough.
STEP 4/6
The finished dough is panned in a parchment pan and flattened with a scraper. Drop it a couple of times on the floor to clean up the dough, place 1/4 cup of water in a pan, overlap it with a pan of dough, and bake it in an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 5/6
If it's a top color and the middle is firm, it's all cooked. Poke it with a skewer and if it's clean, okay!
STEP 6/6
After cooling the sheet after removing parchment paper, place the top side up on a wet cloth when it is still lukewarm, cut the end and end points of the sheet diagonally, and place the pre-made cream on top. And slowly roll it with a cotton swab from the front and shape it for a while. Fix the shape in the refrigerator for a couple of hours as it is, and cut it to complete!
