Making a cute ghost marshmallow brownie
It's a perfect combination of marshmallow and chocolate. I made a ghost marshmallow brownie for the upcoming Halloween day~ I think it'll look more like a ghost if you melt white chocolate on top of the brownie and put marshmallow on top^^ *20cm square frame.

  • Dark chocolate
    120g
  • unsalted butter
    70g
  • egg
    2ea
  • Sugar
    80~90g
  • Soft flour
    70g
  • cocoa powder
    15g
  • Baking powder
    2g
  • Milk
    20ml
  • Vanilla Extrack
    10ml
  • almond
    60g
  • Chocolate
    suitably

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
In a bowl, melt the chocolate and butter in medium heat.
STEP 2/10
Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl while chocolate and butter melt in medium heat.
STEP 3/10
Mix flour, milk and vanilla extract in number 2.
STEP 4/10
If you can't see the powder, add the melted chocolate + butter and chopped almonds and mix thoroughly.
STEP 5/10
Place the dough in a 20cm diameter square mold. Then drop it on the floor to drain the air and make it flat.
STEP 6/10
Bake at 170 for 25 minutes.
STEP 7/10
As soon as you take the brownies out of the oven, place the marshmallow on top.
STEP 8/10
Place marshmallow on top and bake again at 170 for 20 to 30 seconds.
STEP 9/10
Please cut it after cooling it in the refrigerator.
STEP 10/10
Finish by drawing your face with chocolate.
