Tomato spaghetti sauce

Pizza cheese

Cooking Steps: STEP 1/6

Cut the potatoes into wedges and cut the onions and bacon into small pieces.

STEP 2/6

Grease a heated pan and grill the potatoes back and forth until golden. (About 20 minutes)

STEP 3/6

Stir-fry chopped onions and bacon, then add 2T of tomato sauce and stir-fry together.

STEP 4/6

Bake a side of tortilla over low heat and turn it upside down.
Place seasoned onion bacon > baked potatoes on top.

STEP 5/6

Put a handful of cheese on top and close the lid

STEP 6/6

When the cheese melts, it's done.

I didn't have time to cook the potatoes for 20 minutes, so I cut them, put 3 tsp of water in the microwave, turned them for 3 minutes, and baked them in a frying pan! It's delicious with corn!
