STEP 1/10
Cut the top of the tomato with a cross, put it in a pot with water, sprinkle a little salt, and boil for 3 minutes

When the top of the skin is open, let it cool a little and remove the skin!
Next, cut it into pieces and put it on a separate plate.

While the top tomatoes are boiled and cooled, chop green onions, onions, celery, carrots, etc. into thick slices.

When the chicken broth starts to boil
Add chopped tomatoes, other vegetables and minced garlic and simmer for 10 minutes.
Next, bring to a boil over medium heat of 10!

Add tomato mousse while boiling over medium heat!
Stir it well as you put it in.
Turn off the light after 10 minutes and let it go.
* Adding tomato mousse is to make the color and taste darker.

While boiling for 5 or 6 times, put meatball ingredients together in a large bowl for a time and squeeze all ingredients evenly!
If you don't want to use your bare hands, wear cooking gloves like me!

If you have children, please make a mini ball that is small and round like me so that they can eat it in one bite.
Next, scoop out a spatula of boiling soup and pour it in a circle on the mini-ball, and heat it in a microwave oven 700w for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Blender 6 tomatoes and boiled vegetables.
