Cooking Steps
STEP 1/18
Prepare the ingredients for the ad-word steak.
They prepared shiitake mushrooms instead of mushrooms and saesoon instead of broccoli.
STEP 2/18
Put a pinch of salt and pepper on the beef.
* I like thick meat for steak.. I picked it up as a package and it looks a little thin.
* If you want a soft feeling, it's safe for the kids
STEP 3/18
Put 5 spoons of grape seed oil (cooking oil) in a heated frying pan and cook with the tip of the sirloin.
* Adjust the heat to high heat
STEP 4/18
If it turns brown, turn it upside down and adjust to medium heat.
STEP 5/18
2 spoons of butter and 1/4 spoons of minced garlic (mash 1 whole garlic if any)
* Butter and garlic add more flavor
STEP 6/18
Pour the sauce over the meat with a spoon, cook it, take it out, and place it on a kitchen towel.
* Cooking meat to suit your taste.. My house is crispy well-done.
STEP 7/18
Edward Kwon chopped the onions
Like the Jongwon Baek, slice onions, slice shiitake mushrooms, and slice garlic.
*If you have mushrooms, slice them into mushrooms
STEP 8/18
Stir-fry onions and garlic in a pan where the meat is grilled.
STEP 9/18
Edward Kwon put in 20 whole peppers, but he prepared 13 for the children.
STEP 10/18
Shoulder the whole pepper with a pot bottom or plate.
STEP 11/18
Add mushrooms to stir-fried onions and garlic and mashed pepper.
STEP 12/18
Add 1/3 cup of milk.
STEP 13/18
Add 1 cup and a half of pork cutlet sauce, pour salt + water, and bring to a boil.
STEP 14/18
Until it's a little thick.. The steak sauce is done.
STEP 15/18
If you have broccoli, bake broccoli and cherry tomatoes with butter.
(Salt + pepper)
STEP 16/18
Roll the cherry tomatoes until they change color slightly.
STEP 17/18
Place grilled meat on a plate and top with sauce. Finish with baked tomatoes and broccoli.
* Instead of broccoli, I used it for decoration.
STEP 18/18
Put it on a plate and eat it.
- When cooking the meat, add oil and cook it.

I think the sauce will be used for all meat. I put in less sauce and water, and the color is as bright as the old pork cutlet sauce. But it still tastes good. It looks good.
