Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the bottom of a bag of enoki mushrooms and wash them clean.
STEP 2/7
Blanch enoki mushrooms in boiling water for about 1-2 minutes and rinse immediately in cold water.
STEP 3/7
Prepare blanched enoki mushrooms, red peppers, and green onions. Cut red pepper and green onion into large pieces.
STEP 4/7
Put the blanched enoki mushrooms in a bowl and mix well with the sauce. If it's bland, please add a little more soy sauce.

Place well-mixed enoki mushrooms on a plate.
STEP 6/7
Then, put enough oil in the wok, and when the oil is heated, add green onions and dried red peppers and stir-fry quickly to make the scent.
STEP 7/7
When the scent comes up, pour the oil on the enoki mushroom that you put in earlier.
