Sarada bread... Making Napoleon Sarada bread for Wednesday Food
Last week, I tried the Napoleon bakery Sarada bread at the Wednesday Food Fair and I fell in love with the taste, so I made it at home. It's good to make a simple lunch box for lovers, and I think Sarada bread is good for brunch~~^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
The point of Napoleon's bakery Sarada bread is that it has pickled cabbage and ham. B&C bakery in Busan has pickled cucumbers and apples as the point. @6847313
STEP 2/15
Slice cabbage, onion, and cucumber as thin as possible. Cut cabbage into 5cm, onion into 2cm, and cucumber into a circle. If you have carrots, put them in. (Onion Size)
STEP 3/15
Put cabbage, onions, and cucumbers in a bowl and pour 1.5 cups of bottled water. 1 ton of salt,
Sprinkle 1t of sugar and mix well and pickle. (20 minutes) It has a unique taste even if you put salt in cider instead of water and sugar.
STEP 4/15
Add 0.2t of salt to 1.5 medium size potatoes and boil them until they are wet. Throw away when the water is left and crush the potatoes with a wooden spoon over low heat.
The water disappears and the potatoes are crushed well.
STEP 5/15
Boil 2 eggs in cold water with 0.5t of salt for 18-20 minutes. (Fully boiled)
Rinse and soak several times in cold water and peel.
STEP 6/15
Sandwich slice ham, ham, bacon, anything is fine. I blanched the bacon in boiling water for 30 seconds.(Removal of carcinogens)
STEP 7/15
In a heated pan, cut bacon into small pieces and stir-fry with chopsticks until oil is boiling. Sprinkle pepper at the end. Don't make a crispy bacon chip, just stir-fry it until it's cooked.
STEP 8/15
Chop boiled egg whites into small particles with a knife.
STEP 9/15
Mix the yolk with the potato and mash it with a spoon.
STEP 10/15
Remove the fat from the bacon with a kitchen towel, rinse the pickled vegetables in bottled water once, squeeze out the water, and mix all the ingredients.
STEP 11/15
Add 70g of mayonnaise (7T) and 15g of ketchup (1.5T) and mix.
Sarada needs to be moist.
STEP 12/15
It's a sarada that goes in the bread. Please taste it. The bread itself was sweet, so I didn't add any extra sugar.
STEP 13/15
I prepared a bread similar to Napoleon Sarada bread. Paris Baguette Castard Cream Bread. It would be better if there was no cream inside

Castard cream is too sweet..You cut the bread in half and scratched the cream out.
STEP 15/15
Fill in the middle with Sarada.
Instead of ketchup, you can mix the honey mustard sauce with mayonnaise in a 1.5:7 ratio. If you don't like sweet things, use OR Sarada bread instead of custard cream bread.
