Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash bok choy clean and cut it into 2~3 pieces.
STEP 2/6
Cut paprika, mushrooms, etc. into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/6
Stir-fry minced garlic and green onions in an oiled pan.
STEP 4/6
Add the trimmed vegetables and stir-fry them moderately.
STEP 5/6
Add the trimmed bok choy and 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce.
STEP 6/6
Stir-fry bok choy until it dies.
