Simple side dishes, stir-fried cabbage
If I buy a whole cabbage, it's too much, so I put it in the soup, boil it, and eat it as a salad... Today, I simply stir-fried it and made it into a simple side dish. It's soft, so it's good for children to eat, and it can be eaten as bibimbap with red pepper paste.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces and wash it clean.
STEP 2/3
Stir-fry some olive oil and carrots together.
STEP 3/3
Add cabbage and minced garlic, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until cabbage becomes transparent.
I heard cabbage has a lot of pesticides, how should I take care of it? - There are many residual pesticides on the outer leaves of cabbage, so throw away two to three sheets even if it's a waste. - Soak it in vinegar water for 15 to 20 minutes and wash it clean.
