STEP 1/6
I blanched it in boiling water because it's dried rice cake!
You can use tteokbokki or garaetteok.
STEP 2/6
There was a broth made to make banquet noodles, so I put a spoonful of red pepper paste in a cup of broth.
(It's sun-cho red pepper paste, so adjust it according to the basics because it's spicy. I'm going to add chili powder, so you can try it later and adjust it.)
STEP 3/6
When the broth boils, add the soft rice cake soup.
STEP 4/6
Add 1 spoonful of sugar.
You can add oligosaccharide or starch syrup.
STEP 5/6
Add the soaked noodles and red pepper powder.
The reason for adding pepper powder after cooking is to minimize the dryness.
Boil rice cake and glass noodles until seasoned. Turn it over so that it doesn't stick to the pan.
STEP 6/6
If you grind the dog into the finished glass noodle tteokbokki, it's done.
Now you can look carefully at the yellow glass noodles bag as they are sold at the mart.
I couldn't put it in because I didn't have fish cake, but it's even better if you put fish cake and onions in it.
