Making savory spinach tofu
Today is the day to cook side dishes! I cleaned up the refrigerator's side dish container and emptied it. I went to the mart and went grocery shopping with Yul. The first side dish is savory spinach and tofu!

Ingredients
  • Spinach
    1/2pack
  • Tofu
    290g
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1spoon
  • Salt
    1/3spoon
  • perilla oil
    1spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1/2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Put sea salt in the water and boil it!

In the meantime, trim spinach and wash it several times.

Put it in the basket and remove the water!
STEP 4/11
Before blanching spinach, I'll put the tofu in! Put it in and take it out ^^ It's better to blanch it a little because I'm going to eat it with the baby!

Put spinach in the water that Tofu took a shower and boil it! Boil it for about a minute for the texture!

Rinse the boiled spinach in cold water and squeeze the water out! And cut it short because it's something to eat it. I'm still a baby, so I'm stuck in my throat.

After taking a hot shower, you have to wrap the tofu in a cotton cloth and squeeze the water out. If you don't remove the water well, you can't expect a plump seasoned dish!

Add 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1/3 salt, 1/2 minced garlic, and 1 spoon of perilla oil to the spinach and tofu. I always say this, but I'm going to eat it with Yul, so it's not salty!
