STEP 1/10
Shrimps are peeled, but you can easily peel them if you cut off the tip with scissors.
Then peel the shrimp.(In this case, it's good to take out the intestines, but there's a lot of work, so pass)
STEP 2/10
When you peel the shrimp, season it with a pinch of salt and soju or cheongju and pepper.
STEP 3/10
(The shrimp itself is salty, but it's delicious when you season it a little.)
Now, add a bit of starch powder and mix it well
STEP 4/10
Add the rest of the starch powder and knead the egg whites and water slightly.
STEP 5/10
(Pre-treatment of starch powder is to remove moisture and prevent it from splattering.)
STEP 6/10
Fry well at 180 degrees Celsius.
STEP 7/10
It's even better if you fry it again just before you eat it
STEP 8/10
Prepare a tablespoon of chopped onions.
Please prepare the sauce according to the amount. Mix with chopped onions in a blender.
You can put plain yogurt instead of whipped cream. If you don't have plain yogurt, you can just put it in with milk
STEP 9/10
For salad vegetables, wash them and choose the sauce you want (I prefer refreshing oil dressing to mayonnaise sauce here)
Just before you put it in one side, mix the fried shrimp and sauce and put it in one side.
When mixing the sauce, don't put it all at once and sprinkle as much as you want.
STEP 10/10
Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top.
It's even better to fry garlic on top of it depending on the time.
When frying, it's good not to fry until the year after you season the raw starch. It doesn't stand out when there's no water. And toss the sauce just before you eat it. It tastes better with fried garlic.
