Cooking Steps

Shrimps are peeled, but you can easily peel them if you cut off the tip with scissors.

Now, add a bit of starch powder and mix it well

Prepare a tablespoon of chopped onions.

You can put plain yogurt instead of whipped cream. If you don't have plain yogurt, you can just put it in with milk

For salad vegetables, wash them and choose the sauce you want (I prefer refreshing oil dressing to mayonnaise sauce here)
Just before you put it in one side, mix the fried shrimp and sauce and put it in one side.
When mixing the sauce, don't put it all at once and sprinkle as much as you want.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top.
It's even better to fry garlic on top of it depending on the time.
When frying, it's good not to fry until the year after you season the raw starch. It doesn't stand out when there's no water. And toss the sauce just before you eat it. It tastes better with fried garlic.
