Cooking Steps

Cut only the ends of young radishes a little bit, wash them clean, put thick salt in a large basin, put it on the stem of 1/2 cup of young radishes on top, sprinkle the rest of the salt, pour 1 cup of water on the edge, and after about 30 minutes
