* If the outer leaves are damaged a lot, take them out, otherwise cut them in half

*Put sunchikori in a pot and let the water boil and add a little salt
Boil it for 5 minutes.
*When the chikori's breath dies, it boils. Do not throw away the next water, put it in a separate bowl, and drain the chikori.

*Melt the butter in another pot or saucepan over medium heat, lower the heat, and wet well while adding flour.

*If butter and flour become grains three times, you have to stir well with a little bit of milk to prevent the grains from forming.
*Then, stir well by pouring the boiled water little by little by little.
*It should be slightly softer than porridge.

*Nut beer. Pepper.Add 50g of cheese powder little by little and stir well to complete the white sauce.

*Roll half of the chicory cooled at room temperature in sliced ham
*Next, set the oven to 200 degrees and preheat.
* Place the white sauce lightly in an oven bowl and add the chikori ham side by side.

* Pour the white sauce into the chicory and ham in the oven bowl.
*Sprinkle all 100g of cheese powder evenly.
* Lastly, sprinkle parsley powder and it's done
*Bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
The time is different for each oven, so when the cheese powder turns brown, it's done.

* While the chicory is baking in the oven, peel 2 potatoes and 1 carrot, then put the water in a pot and boil it with salt.(It takes about 8 to 10 minutes)
*When the potatoes are boiled enough to be crushed, drain and mash them well.
*Add 3 tablespoons of butter and mix well

*Add 25ml of milk, mash it again, and stir it. 1 tablespoon of nutmeg.Sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper and mix it well

When mashed potatoes and carrots are completed, chicory is also completed.
Remove from oven and place on a plate with mashed potatoes
